Jean ‘Binta’ Breeze
Jean ‘Binta’ Breeze was born in Jamaica and came to England in the 1980s. An internationally renowned poet and playwright, she has worked as a theatre director, choreographer, actor and teacher. She has performed in the Caribbean, North America, Europe, South-East Asia and Africa.

Shruti Chauhan
Shruti Chauhan is a poet, writer and spoken word artist based in Leicester. She first worked with Three the Hard Way as part of the production’s (part one) launch. She has since gone on to perform as part of other major UK tours, including, John Berkavitch’s Shame and Art Reach’s Night of Festivals.

Lydia Towsey
Lydia Towsey
Lydia Towsey is a poet and performer with a Masters in Creative Writing and a cat called Jones. Her commissions include writing and performing for Freedom Showcase (The Literature Network). She was previously one of 50 artists in residence at Stratford Theatre Royal.
