Join us for this exciting double bill of acclaimed talent – exploring the themes of mental health and gender. How do men and women differ and connect in their experiences? Listen to award winning poetry, join a dialogue – and be part of a truly unique evening.  Featuring – the nationally touring, ‘Three the Hard Way’ – with Alison Dunne, Lydia Towsey and Jean ‘Binta’ Breeze MBE – alongside – ‘Showcase Smoothie’ (www.showcasesmoothie.com) – a talented ensemble of young, diverse men, offering up electrifying performance and rhythmic wordplay – with film, music and choreography to fire the mind and stir the spirit.
